I've had only Great Experiences with Haven Cove Townhomes, Property is taken care of very well and I know that Sunnee and Fernando do an AMAZING job taking excellent care of the residents and address any issues that arise with great speed and execution. One of the BEST properties I've been at. Would highly recommend to any friends and family looking for a great place to live!

I have been living at Haven Cove Townhomes since August 8, 2025. I needed to write this review because previously when I have moved into a property...the Leasing Office usually forgets about me as a tenant and lowers their level of customer service...making me feel as if again...I am just a tenant and that feeling of superior customer service I received in the beginning is now gone. WELP...NOT at Haven Cove Townhomes! I sent an email to the Property Manager Sunnee regarding the gym needing some attention. Not only did Sunnee immediately address ALL of the issues, she also called me within 24 hours or so to update me to let me know she had addressed everything, and she thanked me for sending her the email. I just want Sunnee to know I appreciate her in every way! She is always so professional and kind to me. She takes care of everything right away. That is a rarity with some of these Property Managers. I am 61 years old, and have rented many units, but have NEVER had a Property Manager like Sunnee before. So sincere and always eager to assist. Thank you Sunnee for being on top of everything...keeping this property SOOOO beautiful and clean--inside and out! Also, I cannot end this review without thanking the BEST Maintenance Manager everrrrr.... Fernando! Thank you for always taking such great care of my unit...Your wonderful personality and professionalism! Your knowledge and capability to fix everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE this property! Absolutely loved living here! The maintenance responds quickly and the activities they have are always so fun!

I have been living here for almost a year and I have loved it! Anytime we have an issue (which is rare) they are always quick to fix it! They are very friendly and inviting. I never have to worry about my home not being taken care of.

We would 10/10 recommend Haven Cove to anyone! We absolutely love living here. The maintenance staff, leasing office, and other residents are all so friendly. The facilities are always flawless. The layout of the townhome is so spacious and the kitchen is so beautiful. We are so happy to call Haven Cove home!!!

Haven Cove Townhomes has been an awesome place to live! The location is super convenient with easy freeway access, making commuting a breeze. The management team is fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance is quick and reliable, which gives real peace of mind. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well-kept, making it feel safe and comfortable. The amenities are a huge bonus—there’s a great pool, relaxing hot tub, and public grills that are perfect for weekend hangouts. Overall, a great community with everything you need for comfortable and enjoyable living. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love living here! This place has been everything we hoped for beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. The layout is spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful touches that make it feel like home right away. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super convenient to stores, restaurants, and main roads. The management/owners are amazing, responsive, friendly, and truly care about the property and their residents. Also looking for ways to give back to their residents. I love these townhomes! I’ve been here for many years & will stay many more. The staff is kind, on top of things & make things comfortable. Maintenance is always around to help. The townhomes are beautiful. You won’t regret moving in.

Great place to live. friendly staff. You can’t really hear loud neighbors, which is rare. family friendly and all around a great place for anyone needing a calm place to call home.
